1. Shipping Coverage & Partners

  • We ship across India from our Jaipur office.

  • Free Shipping is available within India.

  • For international orders, shipping charges may apply. As the recipient, you will be liable for import duties, customs charges, and local taxes as applicable in your country. These charges must be paid by you to release your order from customs upon arrival.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Once processed and dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days in India.

  • International shipping timelines vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

  • Please note: Shipping times are indicative and based on the order date. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, courier issues, or payment verification.

3. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Dispatch estimates are mentioned on each product page.

    • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatch within a few days.

    • Made-to-order products: Manufactured based on your measurements; these may take longer (up to 4 weeks or as specified).

4. Multiple Products in an Order

  • If your order contains multiple products with different dispatch timelines, we will ship them together once all items are ready.

  • If you wish to receive items separately (earlier dispatch of available items), please email us at Mirgaindia@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist you.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will follow once your order has been dispatched.

  • In case of any issue with order processing, we will notify you via email and request additional information if required.
